The room was comfortable and well-laid out, with a nice-sized window that opened slightly, nice for fresh air. Breakfast featured a great selection, including freshly cooked fried eggs. The toilet felt cramped, and the hallways appeared a bit worn and could use some refreshing. Unfortunately, the bar food did not meet expectations. The fish was frozen and the fries were soggy.

The location was excellent as was the swimming pool.
Room was very small and cramped. All movement of all neighbours could be heard. Room had no air-con and was very very hot.

Location, mainly, right in the center of Waterford, walking distance of everything and in front of the bus station which is why I picked up this hotel as I had to take a 5am but to Dublin to catch my plane the next morning. A bit noisy but rooms are cleans and relatively new, and for the price I got and location, it was worth it.
Location again - my room was on the street side, a quite busy one as all the traffic goes by there. Relatively quiet during the night as there a a few pubs down the street so night goers go out after the trad shows, with some yelling. Paper walls, you can here a lot of what is going on in other rooms and in the hotel in general.

I stayed here for a business trip and found the room to be okay, a bit worn but manageable. The staff really stood out for being approachable and helpful throughout my visit. Breakfast offered a decent variety, but I did miss some pastries. The highlight for me was the swimming pool. It was relaxing after a long day of meetings.

Located in the center of the city. Very quick check-in and late check-out, parking next to hotel.

The beds were amazing I did not want to get out of it The bar staff were very nice and attentive. The location of the hotel is great it beside everything and very easy to get to.
I found check out was far to late. We arrived at half 10 in the morning but could not check in till 3pm which was very annoying. Also I found the hotel restuarant was very expensive.

Very welcoming and friendly staff; they were pleasant to deal with and never rushed or hassled even when working in very busy circumstances. Location of the hotel was ideal for walking around the city. Free parking is a welcome extra.
No fridge or minibar in the bedroom.

The hotel had a great location and friendly staff. The room felt tired and maintenance issues, like a broken lock and noise from other guests, impacted our comfort. It wasn't perfect but had its redeemable qualities.
